Getting there by public transport

  • Train — Etterbeek station is a five-minute walk from the Pleinlaan entrance; Delta station is on the other side of the campus.
  • Metro — line 5, stops Delta, Pétillon or Hankar, with connections at Merode, Kunst-Wet and Brussels-Central.
  • Tram — lines 7 and 25, stop VUB or Etterbeek station.
  • Bus — STIB/MIVB lines 34, 71, 72 and 95; De Lijn and TEC regional buses also stop at Etterbeek station.

Pre-conference dinner

The pre-conference dinner was held on Thursday, 10 September 2026 at 18:30 at Le Mess, Boulevard Louis Schmidt 1, 1040 Etterbeek — in the upper right corner of the campus map below, by the Arsenal tram stop.

Rooms

  • Q building — Aula Q.C: the opening session and the two keynote lectures.
  • Q building — Nelson Mandela Hall: registration, coffee breaks, poster sessions, lunch and the closing reception.
  • D building — D.2.10, D.2.16, D.2.20 and D.2.18: the four parallel tracks of both oral sessions.
